Dr. Erhan Bulutcu

Dr. Erhan Bulutcu is a distinguished Turkish physician and healthcare executive who serves as Chief Executive Officer of Koç Healthcare, the medical network of the Vehbi Koç Foundation, which includes Koç University Hospital and American Hospital.

A graduate of Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Bulutcu specialized in anesthesiology and reanimation and began his career in academic medicine. He later joined American Hospital, where he held senior leadership roles before helping guide the establishment of Koç University School of Medicine and Koç University Hospital.

Since 2014, he has led the expansion and modernization of Koç Healthcare, advancing its reputation for world-class patient care, medical research, education, and international partnerships. Under his leadership, Koç Healthcare has gained increasing international recognition and strengthened global collaborations, positioning the institution among the most respected healthcare systems in the region.
