Rakesh Shiradkar, PhD is Assistant Professor in the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering — a joint department of Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University — and a member of the Discovery and Developmental Therapeutics Research Program at the Winship Cancer Institute.
He earned his PhD in electrical and computer engineering at the National University of Singapore and completed postdoctoral training at Case Western Reserve University. His lab develops machine-learning methods on quantitative MRI for image-based diagnosis and prognosis of prostate cancer.
